Dr. Fisseha Mikre Weldmeskel is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at Jimma University. He holds a Doctor of Education in Psychology from UNISA and specialized postgraduate credentials in Positive Psychotherapy. Over a career spanning more than two decades, his research and pedagogical works have centered heavily on optimizing formative assessment literacy, building student self-regulation, improving guidance and counseling structures, and enhancing early grade reading environments.
